SINGAPORE & LUXEMBOURG — 26 October 2026 — ChainUp, a global provider of digital asset technology infrastructure, and Scorechain, a European leader in cryptocurrency AML compliance and blockchain analytics, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver institutional-grade Know-Your-Transaction (KYT) and counterparty risk screening to digital asset enterprises and financial institutions worldwide. The collaboration establishes an integrated compliance gateway engineered to meet Europe’s rigorous supervisory benchmarks across global market operations.

Under the partnership, Scorechain’s KYT and counterparty risk scoring capabilities will be made accessible across ChainUp’s enterprise digital asset technology ecosystem. The collaboration gives crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), entities managing heavy blockchain transaction volumes, and financial institutions operating on ChainUp’s infrastructure a streamlined pathway to implement European-grade transaction surveillance and on-chain risk controls.

The partnership comes as European authorities transition from legislative drafting to active market supervision. With the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) in full effect, the recast Transfer of Funds Regulation (TFR) enforcing zero-threshold counterparty identification, and the European Union’s single Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) beginning operations, digital asset operators face heightened standards for provenance tracing, suspicious activity detection, and auditability.

“Supervisory expectations in Europe have set a benchmark for digital asset operations globally,” said Chung Ho, President and COO of ChainUp. “Whether firms are native high-volume digital asset businesses scaling internationally or traditional institutions entering digital finance, compliance infrastructure must be provable and locally defensible. Working with Scorechain gives our client ecosystem direct access to an established European analytics platform, resolving both AML scrutiny and strict data privacy requirements.”

“Effective transaction monitoring has to operate natively alongside digital asset infrastructure, not as a delayed downstream check,” said Julien Gobbi, COO of Scorechain. “Our work with ChainUp brings European compliance rigour to a broad network of global enterprises, helping them navigate changing supervisory demands without operational friction.”
